Why I'm Not Doing Black Swan For Halloween

I thought about being Black Swan for Halloween for about 1/4 of a second. I love ballet and I'm a makeup artist, so I could easily do the signature makeup. It's kind of a no brainer.

But then I realized that it is (duh) the costume du jour for this Halloween because no one has any good ideas anymore. Not to mention, I f*cking hated the movie with a fiery passion. The message was stupid and obvious. What ballerina doesn't want to be the perfect ballerina? Isn't that the point of training for years and years and years? I mean, really. Also, the gratuitous and pointless lesbo scene and Natalie Portman's character rubbing one off with her mom in the room. It was just a clusterf*ck of crazy. And not in a good way. In a way that was practically begging to win awards because "Ohh, we're so different and artistic that no one will care that this bitch stabbed her self in the stomach while wearing a white costume and magically didn't start to bleed until 20 minutes later when it is appropriately dramatic!" Isn't that convenient? Stupid ass movie.

And to top it off, this:

I love her. The commentary in the tutorial is hilariously accurate.

And that, my friends, wraps up why I won't be dressing up as the most obvious Halloween costume of 2011.

The end.

OMG, hilarious. I f-ing hated that movie, too...for all the reasons you just listed. I know most people loved it, but it seemed like such an empty, pointless movie to me.
